KIOSK SPACE

 

Kiosk space is 50 square feet, which provides a 5’ x 10’ area for your business.  Electricity is provided as well as lighting, shelving and seating.

 

 

TABLE SPACE

 

Table space includes one 8-foot table, linen, chairs and electric (if needed).

 

 

PERCENTAGE RENT

 

Percentage rent will be owed beyond the space rental fees for kiosk and tables.  For monthly tenants percentage rent is 12% of gross sales beyond breakpoint.  (Breakpoint will be calculated with Mall Management based on your target consumer, pricing schedule, product/service line, and contract term.)  For weekend table rentals percentage rent owed is 10% of overall gross sales each weekend.

 

Rates for Kiosk space may be negotiable by counterweighing a lower  monthly rate with higher percentage rent on overall monthly gross sales.  In these cases, no breakpoint level will be calculated and percentage rent is based solely on all gross sales.

 

 

RENT BY SQUARE FOOT

 

Lease space is available per square foot for those who have their own table or kiosk set-up.
