Rules about suspending people from the mall for different violation on mall property. The only personnel that have the authority to suspend someone from the mall are as follows:
Mall Management Lieutenant of Security Manager on Duty
Whenever an officer, except the above mentioned names, wants to suspend a person from the mall, they will escort the person to the mall management office or the security manager’s office and explain the incident. The officer, at that time, will also recommend that management make the final decision.
GUIDELINES FOR SUSPENSION FROM SOUTHSIDE MALL
All of the incidents must have a report filled out. Any offense not mentioned above shall be under the discretion of the person in charge. Above are only guidelines and can be increased or decreased by the above-mentioned individuals. |
